Our service
Portsmouth Car Keys provides mobile auto locksmith services across Portsmouth & the PO postcode area. We come to your vehicle; we do not operate a public workshop.
Quotes and pricing
A fixed price is confirmed before any work begins, based on your vehicle details. If something unexpected changes the job, we will agree any difference with you before continuing.
Proof of ownership
We must see proof that you own or are authorised to use the vehicle before we make keys or gain entry. We may refuse work where this cannot be provided.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise.
Warranty
Keys and repairs are covered by our workmanship warranty. This does not cover physical damage, loss or misuse after the job.
Cancellations
Please call us as soon as possible if you no longer need us to attend.
